No Refunds

All payments are prepaid and non-refundable.

Health & Safety First

​

Your safety is always a priority. Please review all waxing safety contradictions prior to booking. If you are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you, I recommend booking a virtual consultation or reaching out before scheduling.

 

Services cannot be performed if contraindications are present. Appointments canceled due to undisclosed contraindications may be subject to rescheduling or forfeiture per studio policy.

 

Rescheduling

Life happens. I get it! Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

No-Shows

 

No-call/no-shows will result in forfeiture of payment and are not eligible for rescheduling.

Grace Period

​

If you’re running behind, please contact me as soon as you can.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show and payment will be forfeited.

Provider Cancellations & Tardiness

​

If I ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you’ll always have the option to receive a full refund or select a new date.

If I am ever running more than 10 minutes behind, I will notify you right away and make sure your full service time is honored. If the delay no longer works for your schedule, you may reschedule or receive a refund.​​
